With a newborn at home, it’s not very often that I get a chance to let my hair down and hit the streets! So when I was invited by the awesome hair care company Beautiful Textures to attend the K. Michelle concert on Sunday night, I was jumping for joy and a little “Me time” lol. K. Michelle can sangggggggggg!! That’s right, you heard me…not “sing” but “sang” y’all. She put on an amazing 1 hour show and took time out for a Meet & Greet afterwards…
K. Michelle was an absolute sweetheart. I gifted her a ‘Same Girl…Different Hair’ t-shirt, telling her how she’s the true definition of SGDH with the way she constantly changes her hairstyles! She complimented my hair color, told me how she misses her blonde hair and after a few minutes of chatting about hair, I was on my way. But not without first getting a goodie bag from Beautiful Textures..
Any goodie bag with hair care products inside is immediately a winner in my book. I received their Curly to Straight Flat Iron Silkener, Moisture Butter Whipped Curl Creme and Tangle Taming Leave-In Conditioner. I’ve used their products before on my natural hair, so I can’t wait to give these a try!
I wanted to be casually cute so I rocked my black thigh boots, black blazer, my Glam Tote and picked up this Snoop Dogg graphic tee from the Men’s section at Forever 21 (the boys have the B E S T graphic tee selection)..
