I’ve had intentions of doing this video for quite some time now. As I stated in the tutorial, people always ask me how I’m able to maintain my hair without applying a lot of heat and I owe much of it to how I protect my hair at night. Although everyone’s grade of hair is different,  we all strive to achieve and maintain healthy hair! With that goal in mind, we must try to keep as much heat as possible from our hair. I hope this routine works for you as well as it has for me! I’d love to hear feedback from anyone that tries it! xo
