As I stood at the gas pump, I looked down and realized something. Rihanna, Kourtney Kardashian and I all have something in common. I’m addicted too! Since the year 2009, I’ve been absolutely obsessed with my cognac colored Steve Madden over-the-knee boots. And 5 years later I am even more in love with them because they are so tattered & worn that they now have a vintage-y look to them…
I purchased these boots the weekend that my city (Detroit) hosted the Super Bowl. I knew jumping from party to party (I use to be such a party girl lol), that I wanted to be comfortable. I hate being out somewhere with my feet in pure pain and suffering. There’s nothing cute about a girl wobbling around like a newborn baby deer. Or even worse, walking around with no shoes on…eeeew! I knew these were perfect to add to my collection, not just for that weekend of fun…but for LIFE!
At the heel-height of a cowboy boot, they are ALWAYS my go-to shoes, whether I want to make a statement or just want to chill. They are so comfy that I’m always able to wear them, even while on mommy duty. So, the next time you see me out at Target or a picture of me out for date night…do not judge my obsession! I’m sure you all can relate….right? Don’t leave me out here hanging alone LOL 🙂
