Raise your hand if you have makeup and makeup brushes sprawled across your bathroom counter. Although I can’t see you all, there’s no doubt in my mind that I’m not the only one! Every day I get extremely frustrated with the fact that I need easy access to all of my essential brushes, but it drives me crazy having them all over the place. I had been meaning to do something about it, then while reading one of my new favorite blogs www.NikeTyi.com, I came across a solution to my problem. She decided to use these pencil holders to store her makeup brushes…genius! Not only were they budget-friendly, but they also came from my favorite store…Target…in the dollar section! But if you think that’s a deal, just wait…I got them for 50 cents each while the entire dollar section was half off!
Being that everything was half off, I went a little crazy. Since I’m redecorating my home office, I purchased some larger boxes (w/lids), to use for organization and storage. They were originally $3 so I couldn’t pass them up for $1.50! Trust me, all of these boxes will get put to use…I’m something like a hoarder when it comes to certain things, so I’m sure I’ll find some junk to throw in them lol And with everything being so inexpensive, it’ll be easy to transition into a different color way or style without feeling like I wasted any coins!
