Fifteen years ago, I sat down at my laptop and wrote a blog post that would change everything.
“Glam-Aholic Lifestyle is an extension of Confessions Of A Glam-Aholic. I’m constantly inspired and encouraged every day by my family, friends and you guys! Glam Lifestyle will include so much more, but 1st up is the ‘Glam Tote’!”
That was it. Just a few lines. Short and straight to the point. Very unsure of what these words would bring, yet so optimistic because I had absolutely nothing to lose. And those words became the blueprint for something bigger than I could have ever imagined.
At that time, I didn’t have a plan. No team. No investors. No roadmap. Just a dream, some faith, and a blog that felt like “home” to my mini community. All I knew was that I wanted to create something that made women feel seen…something that represented the everyday woman that oftentimes got overlooked. I expressed and reflected on this exact feeling in my “From My Heart To Yours“ blog post 15 years ago as well.
Fast forward fifteen years later… and that “something” became Glam-Aholic Lifestyle.
From a single tote bag to a movement that has touched women across the world…every step of this journey has been built on faith, community, and a whole lot of grind. The Glam Tote turned into collections. Collections turned into sold-out drops. And those drops turned into milestones I used to only pray about.
Somewhere between that first blog post and today, I turned that pre-order into an empire. I didn’t have all the answers (still don’t lol), but I showed up, stayed consistent, and kept building, even when no one was watching. I didn’t wait for approval, validation, funding, or the perfect moment. I used what I had, right where I was, and trusted that it was enough. And it was.
And if there’s anything I hope you take away from my journey, it’s this:
You don’t have to have it all figured out to start. You just have to start.
I hope that when you carry your Glam-Aholic bag, you feel a touch of that same inspiration, a reminder that your dream, no matter how small it seems today, can grow into something far beyond what you imagined.
This brand has always been about more than handbags. It’s about women who carry their dreams with style. It’s about confidence, evolution, and thriving in luxury…no matter your status or income.
To every Glam-Aholic who’s been here since that very first post, and to every new person just finding their way to us…I thank you, from the very bottom of my heart. You are the reason this brand exists. You are the energy behind every drop, every launch and every new dream that I chase.
Fifteen years in, and I’m still just getting started.
Here’s to every woman who believed she could and did it in style. But most importantly…to doing it your way.

I am having an off day and literally just woke up from a nap. I turned on my IPad only for o be faced with a reminder picture of Mia and I at an event a few years ago. Then my phone buzzed with a notification to read this blog post. I have been questioning so much lately including my purpose, my existence, my entire why. As I’m sitting here with tears streaming down my face I am realizing that this wasn’t by mistake that I was lead here. When I met Mia, she said “We don’t give up. Why would we do that that?” This was a way of God reminding me WE DON’T GIVE UP. Thank you Mia for showing us all what persistence, faith, and dedication can build. Thank you for continuing to show up and being the reminder that we don’t panic…we pivot…and have faith that one day it will all work out. This blog post has pushed my reset.
